Jason C. Kolbe

Jason is "Of Counsel" in the Firm and works in our Las Vegas, NV office. Jason is experienced in many areas of civil litigation including trucking, hospitality, construction, workers compensation, personal injuries, product liability and premises liability.
Prior to his recent experience of managing the Las Vegas, NV office of an out-of-state law firm where he represented clients in a wide range of personal injury cases, Jason worked for Mr. Ames at a large regional general civil litigation law firm in its Las Vegas, NV office. At that firm, Jason was able to hone his skills on a broad range of civil legal matters.
Jason is admitted to handle cases in Nevada and California where he works in state and federal courts. In addition to significant experience taking cases to arbitration and mediation, Jason has also argued cases before state and federal administrative agencies.
Jason is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, teaching the Essential Skills paralegal course, which includes subject areas ranging from legal research to attorney terminology.
Jason has lived in Las Vegas the majority of his life, but grew up in Pennsylvania and Florida. He also lived in California while attending Pepperdine University School of Law. He enjoys staying active and playing golf, and is a fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates as well as the Penn State Nittany Lions and UNLV Running Rebels. Jason lives in the Summerlin area of Las Vegas where he enjoys spending time with his wife and young son.
