Tera is a Managing Partner in the Firm and is responsible for management of the Firm's Nevada and Utah offices. Her practice includes criminal defense, special counsel work for the Nevada State government, and all phases of general litigation. Tera currently serves as the Administrative Law Judge for Kamas City. She also spent over five years sitting as a Judge Pro Tempore in the North Las Vegas Justice Court of Clark County, NV.
